Pulled Beef Tacos




Katie and I made these pulled beef tacos in the crockpot on New Year's Day. We topped them with pickled red onions and jalapeƱos, washing them down with Racer 5 IPA. It was a delicious meal. You can get the recipe here: http://smittenkitchen.com/2010/01/southwestern-pulled-brisket/
We substituted chuck for the brisket because we couldn't find brisket at the store. The result is that it cooks faster than the recipe recommends, necessitating less time in the slow cooker.
